The founder of CARA Designs believes that more than just a profession, the practice of architecture is also a responsibility for the future generations.

"How we design the spaces of today will determine how our children's children will live".

CARA designs is known for their simple yet effective planning and efficient yet elegant design and incorporating logical design elements to create effective, elegant, and logical buildings.

Ar. Carlo Armando Reyes has been exposed to the practice of architecture and construction industry at a very young age. Raised by a single mother who is also an Architect, he spent his days along side client meetings and construction sites observing and understanding the ins and outs of the process of designing and building houses. According to Ar. Reyes, having early on exposure was not all advantageous.

"My design became limited to what I knew how to build."

Ar. Carlo Armando Reyes had to expand his knowledge in construction and dig deeper into planning spaces in order to compensate from over exposure. This has led him to become an effective Architect from design phase to execution phase. His design process starts and ends by questioning each space and element's reason for existence making his designs efficient, logical, and elegant.

Ar. Reyes went to three universities namely; University of Santo Tomas, Far Eastern University and lastly, National University - Manila to complete his Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture. This experience made him susceptible to observing and understanding various cultures in relation to different kinds of environments.
