Build your foundations through real work.

A structured, closely mentored program for fresh architecture graduates who want to understand the profession—not simply complete isolated production tasks.

Training designed to make you a capable architect.

At CARA, apprenticeship is treated as professional formation—not just an entry-level job. Instead of spending your entire training period repeating one narrow drafting task, you will follow a curated program intended to develop a wider understanding of architectural practice.

You will work closely with the principal architect, receive direct guidance and learn how projects are planned, communicated, documented, coordinated and realized. The program also reinforces the knowledge and discipline you will need when preparing for the architecture licensure examination.

A broader view of the trade.

Your experience develops alongside active projects, with a clear learning purpose behind the work you are assigned.
